Located right on the seafront, in the heart of the prestigious Alcazaba Beach residential complex in Estepona, our apartment enjoys a prime location with panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea. From the terraces, you can enjoy an exceptional setting where the blue of the sea, the tranquillity of the gardens and the sound of birdsong create the perfect atmosphere for relaxation.
Situated on the second and top floor of the building, the apartment is bright, spacious and fully equipped to accommodate up to six guests. Whether you are travelling with family, friends or as a couple, you will find everything you need for a relaxing and comfortable holiday on the Costa del Sol.

The kitchen has everything you need to prepare your meals:

The nearest Nespresso shop is located at El Corte Inglés in Puerto Banús.

The bright and welcoming living space includes:
- a large dining table with seating for six;
- a comfortable lounge area with a TV;
- international TV channels, including several French channels;
- free Wi-Fi.
Two Terraces to Make the Most of the Sunshine
One of the apartment’s main highlights is undoubtedly its outdoor living spaces.
The first terrace, directly accessible from the living room, features a dining area, making it the perfect spot to enjoy breakfast overlooking the sea or share an al fresco dinner.
The second terrace, located on the rooftop and extending across the entire footprint of the apartment, provides a wonderful additional living space. Equipped with a charcoal barbecue, it is ideal for enjoying Andalusia’s exceptional climate, admiring the sunsets or simply unwinding in peaceful surroundings.
Both terraces are beautifully adorned with flowers and plants. A gardener visits approximately twice a week to maintain and water them.

Free parking spaces are available within the secure residential complex.

Practical Information
Check-in
To offer you maximum flexibility, check-in is self-service.
The keys are kept in a secure lockbox located outside the apartment’s entrance door. The access code will be sent to you by email a few days before your arrival.
Check-out
On the day of departure, please leave the keys on the dining table before closing the front door. Our cleaning team will collect them afterwards.
